Children's eyes at risk


Many children playing in the snow up on Turoa face painful burnt retinas and the terror of
snow-blindness while parents protect their own eyes with expensive fashion sunglasses.

Good quality sunglasses for children are on sale for $15 at the snow shop 100 metres
from where these children were playing. Ski shops also rent snow goggles for children.
